Indications:



Chlorhexidine 2% scrub is a mild scrub containing Chlorhexidine gluconate 2% that exhibits bactericidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms.


Directions For Use:



Wet area thoroughly with water. Use approximately 5 mL of Chlorhexidine 2% scrub and add enough water to make a lather. Lather thoroughly. Rinse thoroughly under running water.


Caution:



Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes and contact a physician. If swallowed, contact a physician and/or poison control center immediately.


Active Ingredient:



2% Chlorhexidine gluconate.


Other Ingredients:



Purified water, lauramine oxide, ethoxylated alcohol, peg-6 cocamide, peg-60 hydrogenated castor oil, hydroxyethylcellulose, citric acid, fragrance and artificial colors.


Storage:



Store at controlled room temperature between 15° to 30°C (59°-86°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
