Description
Dental chlorhexidine rinse
Active ingredient: 0.13% chlorhexidine gluconate.
Inactive ingredients: Sorbitol, water, zinc acetate, flavor, cetylpyridinium chloride.
Does not contain alcohol.
Properties: Dental chlorhexidine rinse is a palatable antibacterial rinse to help control and deter the growth of the bacteria in your pet's mouth that contributes to gum disease. It helps reduce plaque and freshens breath.
Indications & Usage
Indication: An oral antibacterial rinse for plaque reduction in dogs and cats.
Directions for use: Use only as directed by your veterinarian. Shake well before each use. Rinse daily following a meal or as directed by your veterinarian. Hold bottle upright, below your pet’s field of vision. Lift the upper lip to expose the teeth and gums. Point applicator tip at gumline and squeeze to apply solution until teeth are completely coated. Dental chlorhexidine rinse disperses rapidly and completely covers the entire oral cavity, even hard-to-reach areas. Avoid touching the gum with the applicator tip.
Warnings And Precautions
Cautions: For animal use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly and consult your veterinarian. If mouth irritation occurs or increases, discontinue use and consult with your veterinarian. Wash hands after use.
Storage And Handling
Storage: Store at room temperature. Do not freeze.
