For Adult Dogs and Cats:

  •  1 level scoop per 10 lbs. (4.5 kg) of body weight.
  •  Give orally twice daily.
  • Administer at mealtime. Adjust amount based on veterinary recommendations.


Description



ACTIVE INGREDIENTS PER 1 LEVEL SCOOP INCLUDED (2.2mEq):

Potassium Gluconate2.2mEq (514 mg)

Inactive Ingredients:



Brewer's Dried Yeast, Hydrolyzed Fish (enzymatic), Hydrolyzed Poultry Liver (enzymatic), Mixed Tocopherols (a preservative), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Sulfate.


Cautions:



Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If animal's condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. Administer during or after the animal has eaten to reduce incidence of gastrointestinal upset. Do not administer to cats or dogs with acute, oliguric, anuric or very advanced renal failure. Do not administer in other diseases where high potassium levels may occur, such as adrenal insufficiency, acute dehydration or urethral obstruction. Use with caution in the presence of cardiac disease, particularly in digitalized patients.


Intended Use:



For use in adult dogs or cats only.

Recommended for Renal Health Support.

Renal K+™ is a supplement for cats and dogs in a potassium deficient state. Each 530 mg (1 level scoop) contains 2.2mEq of potassium (as potassium gluconate) in a palatable base.
