Chlorhexidine Gluconate ........... 2% (w/w)......................Antiseptic
Ketoconazole ........................... 1% (w/w).....................Antifungal
Hydrocortisone ........................ 1% (w/w)...........Anti-inflammatory


Inactive Ingredients:



Purified Water, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamide MEA, PEG 150 Distearate, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance, Citric Acid, FD&C Red #33, Sodium Chloride


Indications:



For dermatological conditions responsive to Chlorhexidine and Ketoconazole. May be used for skin conditions with an inflammatory component. For use on horses, dogs and cats.


Warnings:



For external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Consult your veterinarian before use.


Directions:



Shake well before use. Wet the hair coat with warm water and apply a sufficient amount of shampoo to create a rich lather. Massage medicated shampoo into wet hair coat. Rinse and repeat. Allow to remain on hair coat for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water. May be used initially 2-3 times weekly for 4 weeks. Then reduce to 1 time weekly or as directed by your veterinarian.

• Store at room temperature 15˚ - 30˚C (58˚ - 86˚F).
• Store in a cool, dry place.
