CAUTION: Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian.

Indications:

For use in managing Vitamin B12 deficiencies associated with cobalt deficiency, inadequate intake, or intestinal malabsorption in cattle, horses, sheep, swine, dogs and cats.


Dosage And Administration



Inject subcutaneously or intramuscularly. Dosage may be repeated at wekly intervals if necessary. May be injected intravenously at the discretion of the veterinarian.

Cattle and Horses..........................0.4 to 0.7 mL

Swine and Sheep....................................0.2 mL

Dogs............................................0.1 to 0.2 mL

Cats......................................................0.1 mL


Composition



Each mL of sterile aqueous solution contains: 
Cyanocobalamin (B12)...................... 3000 mcg

Banzyl Alchohol (preservative)............ 1.0% v/v

Sodium Citrate ..............................0.008% w/v

Ammonium Sulfate........................... 0.1% w/v

Citric Acid...................................... 0.01% w/v

Sodium Citrate............................. 0.008% w/v


Storage And Handling



Store at temperatures between 15o to 30oC (59o - 86oF).

Avoid exposure to light.
