Io Blend 10



IO Blend 10™ is a concentrated sanitizing iodine teat dip that, when diluted as
directed, will produce a highly effective iodine teat dip. The product produced from
IO Blend 10™ is formulated to be safe and effective for use in pre- and post-dip or
spray applications.

DO NOT USE IO Blend 10™ IN UNDILUTED FORM.

Dilution:
1 part IO Blend 10™ to 4 parts of water. This will produce a 1% iodine teat dip
with 10% skin conditioners.
1 part IO Blend 10™ to 9 parts of water. This will produce a 0.5% iodine teat dip
with 5% skin conditioners.
For best dilution, keep concentrate stored at 70° F.

Use instructions:

Pre-Dipping: Before milking, dip or spray each teat with diluted IO Blend 10™.
Wait 5-30 seconds and then dry each teat with a single service towel.

Post-Dipping: Immediately after milking, dip or spray each teat with diluted IO
Blend 10™. Allow the teats to air dry. Do not wipe.

Do not eat, drink or smoke while using this product. Wear protective clothing, and eye and
face protection.

First Aid:

External: If irritation occurs, flush with plenty of cool, running water for at least 15 minutes
while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse.
Eyes: Immediately flush with plenty of cool, running water. Remove contact lenses; then
continue flushing for at least 15 minutes, holding eyelids apart.
Internal: Call a physician immediately. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth,
then immediately drink one or two large glasses of water or milk. Never give anything by
mouth to an unconscious person.
Inhalation of vapors: Should not occur with proper use of this product.
