Dosage And Administration



DOSAGE:

For the treatment of swine dysentery, salmonellosis, colibacillosis, ileitis and other bacterial swine enteritis, add 500 g of Mecadox® 11%/ton of finished feed (55 ppm).

ADMINISTRATION ROUTE


Oral, mixed into finished feed.


Precautions:



To ensure good mixing, the product should be premixed with a small amount of feed prior to mixing with the total ration.


Warning:



This product is for veterinary use only.
The administration of this product is restricted to oral use only in the starter phase of swine.
Consumption of products from these animals is prohibited. Later, in the final stage of development, they may be suitable for human consumption.
Withdrawal Period: 42 days.
Its use is prohibited for all adult swine and all ages of other species intended for human consumption.
Operators should wear safety goggles, protective clothing and a respirator when mixing and handling the finished feed.
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.


Storage Conditions:




Store the product in a cool, dry place. Do not expose the product to direct and continuous sunlight.


Directions For Use:



For the treatment of infectious processes of the digestive tract in swine caused by bacteria susceptible to Carbadox, such as:
Brachyspira hyodysenteriae, Lawsonia intracellularis, Salmonella spp. and Escherichia coli.
