THE MSC-NTF CELLS ARE MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS (MSC) SECRETING NEUROTROPHIC FACTORS. THE AUTOLOGOUS MSC ARE ISOLATED FROM THE MONONUCLEAR FRACTION OF THE PATIENT'S OWN BONE MARROW (BM), PROPAGATED EX-VIVO IN A XENO-FREE GROWTH MEDIUM AND INDUCED TO DIFFERENTIATE INTO MSCS SECRETING HIGH LEVELS OF NEUROTROPHIC FACTORS (NTF) IN A PROPRIETARY DEFINED DIFFERENTIATION MEDIUM. ONCE PROPAGATED TO A LARGE NUMBER OF CELLS, MSC ARE HARVESTED AND CRYOPRESERVED FOR PROVIDING FRESH MSC-NTF CELLS FOR EACH REPEATED DOSING CYCLE. IN ADVANCE OF EACH TREATMENT CYCLE MSC ARE THAWED PROPAGATED AND INDUCED TO DIFFERENTIATE INTO MSC-NTF CELLS WHICH ARE ADMINISTERED TO THE PATIENT
