Veraxa Relprevv™ (olanzapine) is an extended-release injectable suspension that comes in a single-dose vial convenience kit. Each kit includes a 3ml syringe with a pre-attached 19-gauge, 1.5 inch hypodermic needle, which comes with a needle protection device. Each vial must be reconstituted with 1.8mL of enclosed diluent. The resultant solution will be 150mg/mL. This medication is for deep intramuscular gluteal injection only and should be administered once every two or four weeks. A medication guide is provided and must be dispensed to patients.*

This is a medication guide for Vd gvprexaRelprevv, an extended release injectable suspension of olanzapine. The medication is available in a single dose vial convenience kit and is to be administered once every four weeks via deep intramuscular gluteal injection. Each vial is to be reconstituted with 2.3 mL of enclosed diluent, resulting in a solution containing 150 mg/mL. The kit contains one 3-L syringe with a pre-attached 19-gauge, 1.5-inch Hypodermic Needie-Pro® needle with needle protection device and two 19-gauge, 1.5-inch Hypodermic Neede-Po needles with needle protection device. This product is for prescription use only.*
