Zinplava is an injection that contains 1,000mg of bezlotoxumab in 40mL of solution. Each mL of solution contains 25mg bezlotoxumab, ditic acid monohydrate, dithylenetriamine-pentaacetic acid, polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, sodium ditate divydrate, and Water for Injection, USP. It may contain sodium hydroxide to adjust pH to 6.0. Zinplava should be store refrigerated at 2°C-8°C (36°F-46°F) in the original carton to protect from light. It is for intravenous infusion only and requires dilution prior to administration. Each vial is a single-dose vial and unused portions should be discarded. See package insert for details.*
