Description: Rell tablets for oral administration are supplied as navy blue round tablets with "A-002" debossed on one side. Each tablet contains a combination of medications suitable for treating urinary tract infections. The medication should be taken orally with plenty of water after meals. The drug is for adult use only and must be taken in accordance with a doctor's prescription.
