EpifoamĀ® is a topical aerosol with hydrocortisone acetate 1% and pramoxine hydrochloride 1% used to relieve skin irritation. This medication should be used thoroughly and directions for use should be referred to the packaging insert. The spray container must be shaken well before every use, and users should prime the container before the initial application. It should never be inserted into the vagina or nose, according to the directions, and the container should be rinsed with warm water after disassembling.
