This is a table displaying information related to renal and hepatic impairment, population description, gender, age, and pharmacokinetics. The table includes categories for the level of impairment and the geometric mean ratio for various parameters such as Cmax and AUC. The table also provides a definition for ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease).*

Figure2
The text seems to be a table presenting the results of a study on the effect of Ketoconazole on CYP3A4. The table shows the geometric mean ratio (90% confidence interval) and the change resulting from PK for different parameters: Cmax, AuC, and T. The values depict the change relative to the reference and the results of the study indicate that the use of Ketoconazole has a statistically significant effect on the CYP3A4 which is demonstrated by the increase in the geometric mean ratio for all parameters observed.*

Figure3
This appears to be a table showing the effects of the drug Pristiq (in various doses) on the metabolism of other drugs. These effects are measured by changes in Cmax and AUC, which are indicators of drug concentration in the bloodstream. The table also shows the geometric mean ratios for these effects. The text mentions the drugs Desipramine, Midazolam, Tamoxifen, and Aripiprazole as examples.*
