The recommended dosage is one drop in each eye twice daily, with approximately 12 hours apart. The single-dose vial should be discarded immediately after use and not reused. It is suggested to store TRYPTYR in a foil pouch until ready for use. Once opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature (2°C to 25°C or 36°F to 77°F) and used within 7 days.
