This is a description of TRYPTYR (acoltremon ophthalmic solution) 0.003%, intended for topical use in the eye. The recommended dosage is one drop in each eye twice daily, with approximately 12 hours apart. The single-dose vial should be discarded immediately after use and not reused. It is suggested to store TRYPTYR in a foil pouch until ready for use. Once opened, it can be stored in the refrigerator or at room temperature (2°C to 25°C or 36°F to 77°F) and used within 7 days. The package contains 5 single-dose vials (0.4 mL each) that are sterile and free of antimicrobial preservatives. The product is manufactured by Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.*
