Alomide 0.1% is a sterile ophthalmic solution used for topical use only. Each milliliter of Alomide 0.1% contains 1.78mg of lodoxamide romethamine which is equivalent to 1mg lodoxamine. The product is manufactured by Alcon Laboratories and distributed by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. It comes in a 10mL container and must be stored between 20°C and 25°C. The recommended dose is two drops in the affected eye(s), four times daily. The solution should not be touched or contaminated by touching the dropper with any surface. Other ingredients include mannitol, purified water, benzalkonium chloride, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide, tloxapol, and more.*
