Hydrocortisone cream is a topical medication that contains 10mg of hydrocortisone per gram in a petroleum jelly base. It is used externally only and is not for ophthalmic use. This cream is meant for reducing symptoms associated with skin irritation, such as itching, inflammation, and rashes. It should be applied 3-4 times per day as needed. The cream is sold in a 453.6-gram (1-pound) container and must be kept out of reach of children. If accidentally ingested, medical assistance must be sought immediately. This product is dispensed in tight containers and must be stored at room temperature.*
