This is a description for Fougera® Mupirocin Ointment USP, 2% with NDC 0168-0352-22 for dermatologic use only. The ointment has 20mg mupirocin in a polyethylene glycol ointment, NF base. It is advised to apply a small amount of ointment to the affected area three times daily. Patients not showing a clinical response within 310 5 days should be re-evaluated. The tube should be stored at 20°-25°C (68°-77°F) and is caution to keep out of reach of children. The Lot Number and Expiration date could be identified on the crimp of the tube.*
