This is a description of a topical gel called CABTREO. It contains clindamycin phosphate, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide. The gel is distributed by Bausch Health US, LLC and manufactured by Bausch Health Companies in Canada. It is a product of Canada and is intended for external use only. The gel should be stored in a refrigerator, between 36 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit, and should not be frozen. The gel should be dispensed with a 10-week expiration date and stored at room temperature. It should be kept out of reach of children and should not be used orally, in the eyes, or intravaginally. The recommended dosage and precautions should be followed as indicated in the prescribing information. Each gram of the gel contains specific quantities of clindamycin phosphate, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide. The gel comes in a 50g container and has a GTIN, serial number, and expiration date laser burned on the packaging.*
