This is a product description of Zelapar’ Orally Disintegrating Tablets made by Bausch Health. The tablets contain 155mg of Selegine HCL and come in six sachet pouches with ten tablets in each pouch. The outer pouch is child-resistant while the blister packs and sachet pouches are not. The product is not to be pushed through oil, and it must be kept out of reach of children at all times. The tablets must be stored in the sachet pouch, which should be kept sealed or closed inside the clear child-resistant pouch provided. The product should be used within three months of opening the sachet pouch, and the potency of the tablets cannot be guaranteed after three months. The product contains Phenylketonurios and should be used following the enclosed pack insert for dosage information.*
