Librax is a medication containing chlordiazepoxide hydrochloride and clidinium bromide. It comes in capsules, and each capsule contains 5 g chiordiazepoxide hydrochioride and 2.5 mg clidinium bromide. The usual adult dosage is one or two capsules 3 or 4 times a day, before meals and at bedtime. It is important to keep this medication out of reach of children and store it at 25°C (77°F), with excursions permitted o 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). This medication should be dispensed in a tight, light-resistant container as defined in USPINF. It is distributed by Bausch Health US, LLC and manufactured by Bausch Health Companies Inc, in Steinbach, MB BSG 177, Canada. A medication guide is included with each prescription.*
