This is a description of Noritate cream containing metronidazole in a 60g package for topical use only. The usual dosage information is available on the package insert. It is a once-a-day cream with a 1% concentration. The cream is distributed by Bausch Health US, LLC, and manufactured by Bausch Health Companies Inc. The cream contains 10mg of micronized metronidazole per gram and is only for external use. The warning states that the cream needs to be kept out of reach of children, and it should not be used for ophthalmic use. The cream also contains glycerin USP, glycerol monostearate NF, methylparaben NF, propylparaben NF, purified water, USP stearic acid NE, and triethanolamine NF. The appropriate storage temperature is between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).*
