Argentum metallicum is a homeopathic medicine made in France. It comes with approx. 80 pellets and is used for hoarseness from voice over-exertion. The active ingredient in the pellets is 0.443 mg. Directions to use are to dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue, 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor. The medicine contains lactose, sucrose, and if the pellet dispenser seal is broken, do not use it.
