Arnica montana 9 c is a homeopathic medicine made in France which is used for muscle pain, stiffness, swelling from injuries, and bruises. It contains 0.443 mg of the active ingredient per pellet and approx. 80 pellets are contained in the package. This medicine is for both adults and children, but if symptoms persist or worsen for more than 3 days, or if pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor. The inactive ingredients are lactose and sucrose. To use, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.
