This is a homeopathic medicine called Calcarea fluorica 1 e, made in France. Each package contains around 80 pellets and is used for the treatment of repeated sprains. It is not recommended to use if the seal of the pellet dispenser is broken. For the treatment of symptoms, dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue three times a day or as directed by a doctor until the symptoms are relieved. The medication also contains lactose and sucrose.
