Kali sulphuricum 30° is a homeopathic medicine made in France. It contains 0.443 mg of the active ingredient per pellet and is used for treating colds with yellow nasal discharge. The pack contains approximately 80 pellets, and users must dissolve five pellets under the tongue three times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.
