This is a homeopathic medication called Magnesia sulphurica in the form of small pellets made in France. It is used to relieve symptoms of itchy skin rash and each container contains approximately 80 pellets. Directions to dissolve five pellets under the tongue three times daily until the symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.
