Spongia tosta 30° is a homeopathic medicine designed to relieve a dry, barking cough. Its active ingredient is 0.443 mg of the main product, and it is packaged with about 80 pellets. It is recommended to dissolve five pellets under the tongue three times per day until symptoms recede, or as prescribed by a doctor. The medicine also contains lactose and sucrose. If symptoms persist for more than three days, it is recommended to stop using it and ask for medical advice.*
