Thiosinaminum is a homeopathic medicine made in France by Boiron intended to treat old and hard scars. It contains 0.443 mg of the active ingredient per pellet and the package includes approximately 80 pellets. The recommended dosage for both adults and children is to dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue three times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.
