Valeriana officinalis 30x is a homeopathic medicine made in France used for sleeplessness with hypersensitivity to stress. It contains 0.443 mg of active ingredient per pellet and comes with approximately 80 pellets. Adults and children are advised to dissolve 5 pellets under the tongue 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor.
