Klor-Con 8 is a medication that contains 600 mg of Potassium Chloride per extended-release tablet. It is used to treat or prevent certain types of low potassium levels in the blood. Principal Display Panel (750 mg Tablet Bottle Label)

Each extended-release tablet contains: Potassium chloride, USP 750 mg (equivalent to potassium 10 mEq) with Klor-con 10 as the usual dosage. Dosage must be adjusted to the individual needs for each patient. It must be stored in a tight container with a child-resistant closure at a temperature between 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F) and excursions permitted to 15° to 30°C (59°F to 86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].
