The solution contains 2 g (8mg/mL) of Lidocaine Hysrochloride, 0.8 g of Hydroous Dextrose USP, and Water for Injection LSP. The pH level is 4.2 (30-70), and the calculated osmolarity is 305 mOsmoliter. It is warned to not admix the solution with any other drugs, nor to reuse connecting series or use if the solution is cloudy or contains particles. The solution is indicated for TPN (total parenteral nutrition) compounding. There are two barcodes, and an EXP LOT number provided.*
