CYSTOGRAFIN® DILUTE is a sterile, aqueous solution intended for retrograde cystourethrography. It is not for intravascular injection. Each mL of the solution has 180 mg diatrizoate meglumine, 0.4 mg edetate disodium sequestering agent, and 85 mg organically bound iodine. It should be protected from light and stored at 20-25°C (68-77°F). The usual dose ranges from 25 to 300 mL. For detailed information, see the insert. This solution is manufactured by Bracco Diagnostics Inc. for Patheon ltalia S.p.A. and is only available with a prescription. The NDC is 0270-1410-30, and each box contains ten 300 mL bottles.*
