However, it should not be used right before or after heart surgery, by children under 12 without a doctor's prescription, and by pregnant or breastfeeding women without consulting a healthcare professional. Users are advised to read the directions and warnings before using it, and take it with food or drink a full glass of water with each dose to avoid stomach bleeding. If any allergic reaction, stomach bleeding, or symptoms of heart or stroke problems occur, users should stop using it and seek medical help immediately.
