This is a drug facts sheet for an extended-release tablet containing Dextromethorphan HBr and Guaifenesin. It is used to relieve coughs and congestion caused by bronchitis, asthma, or other respiratory issues. The tablet should not be used with Monoamine oxidase inhibitors and by individuals younger than 12 years of age. The instructions recommend taking one tablet every 12 hours and not more than two tablets in 24 hours. If the cough lasts more than seven days, comes back, or is accompanied by a persistent headache, it is advisable to stop using the product and contact a doctor.
