This is a drug information sheet for Wal-Tussin® Cough + Chest Congestion sugar-free and dye-free syrup. It is a cough suppressant and expectorant that relieves cough, chest and mucus congestion caused by minor throat and bronchial irritation. It should be used by adults and children over 12 years old. The active ingredients are Dextromethorphan HBr, a cough suppressant, and Guaifenesin, an expectorant. It contains Phenylalanine and may cause throat and bronchial irritation.
