It can also provide a coating for the inflamed anorectal surface that can help to make bowel movements less painful. Users are advised to consult a doctor before use if they have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes or difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland. They need to stop using the cream and consult a doctor if bleeding, irritation, swelling, pain or other symptoms develop or increase. It is also advised to keep it out of the reach of children and to store at a temperature of 15°C - 30°G (59°F - 86°F). The inactive ingredients of this cream are aloe barbadensis leaf extract, butylated hydroxytoluene, cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl esters, cetyl palmitate, glyceryl monostearate, isopropyl myristate, lanolin, methylparaben, mineral oil, polysorbate 60, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, sodium citrate, stearic acid, and tocopherol acetate.*
