Walgreens Mucus Relief D extended-release tablets have active ingredients guaifenesin and pseudoephedrine HCI. These tablets act as an expectorant and nasal decongestant and are capable of clearing nasal and sinus congestion while also thinning and loosening mucus. They come in a package of 36 tablets and are tamper-evident. If the carton is open or the F-printed seal in the blister is broken or missing, do not use the tablets.
