This is a medication with the active ingredient Docusate sodium 100 mg. It is intended for relief of occasional constipation (irregularity) in adults and children 12 years and older. The suggested dosage is 1-3 softgels daily or as directed by a doctor. This product does not contain any stimulants, thus providing a gentle and dependable relief. It is recommended to take the softgels with a full glass (8 oz) of water. If you have children under 6 years, are experiencing pain, nausea or vomiting, you should seek the advice of a doctor before using it. The medication should not be used for more than a week without consulting a physician. The manufacturer recommends storing it between 15-30°C (59-86°F) and keeping the product out of reach of children. In case of an overdose, contact Poison Control immediately.
