The active ingredient in this medication is Diphenhydramine HCI which is non-habit-forming and is intended to help you fall asleep quickly. The medication contains 50 mg of Diphenhydramine HCI in each 30 mL dose cup. The medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age and caution is advised when using the medication with those who have difficulty in urination, enlargement of the prostate gland, are taking sedatives or tranquillizers, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
