The medication comes in two bottles that are each 12 FL oz (354 mL) bringing the total to 24 FL oz (708 mL). The medication is alcohol-free and has a cherry vanilla flavor. The active ingredient in this medication is Diphenhydramine HCI which is non-habit-forming and is intended to help you fall asleep quickly. The medication contains 50 mg of Diphenhydramine HCI in each 30 mL dose cup. The medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age and caution is advised when using the medication with those who have difficulty in urination, enlargement of the prostate gland, are taking sedatives or tranquillizers, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. The inactive ingredients in the medication include anhydrous citric acid, FDC Red No. 40, flavor, glycerin, potassium citrate, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol, and sucralose.
