These lubricant eye drops come in a 0.5 fluid ounce bottle and are used for temporary relief of dry eye. The active ingredient is Propylene Glycol 0.6%. The product comes with a warning to not use the product if the bottle is damaged or broken, along with a complete set of drug facts. The product is sold by Walgreens and comes with a satisfaction guarantee. The eye drops are to be instilled in the eye with 1 or 2 drops, as needed. The inactive ingredients include boric acid, castor oil, methylparaben, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, potassium chloride, povidone K25, propylparaben, "sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, and purified water." The product is NOT the same as the trademarked product Systane® Balance owned by Novartis.*

If the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, stop use and ask a doctor. It also includes a warning to keep it out of reach of children and to not use it if the carton is open or neck band on the bottle is broken or missing.
