This is information about the use and storage of Lidocaine Patch 5%. The patches are provided in sealed pouches and should not be stored outside the pouch. They can be cut into smaller sizes with scissors. Used patches should be folded so the adhesive side sticks together and disposed of in an area inaccessible to children and pets. External heat sources such as heating pads should not be used. The patches may not stick if they get wet so contact with water should be avoided. They should be stored at room temperature.
