This is a description of a professional and hospital use povidone-iodine prep pad distributed by Henry Schein Inc. It contains 10% povidone-iodine which is an antiseptic. This product is used to prepare the skin prior to surgery to avoid infections. One should not use this on people with iodine allergy or in the eyes. Also, keep away from the reach of children and seek medical help immediately after swallowing, or if it gets into your eyes. It has a 1% titratable iodine, and the inactive ingredients include alky| glucoside, ciric acid, glycerin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, nonoxynol-10, potassium iodide, purified water, and sodium hydroxide. It comes in a pouch and is not made with natural rubber latex. Made in China by Henry Schein in 2019.*
