AMIDATE is a sterile, non-pyrogenic injection solution containing 20mg/idml of Ftomidate. It comes in a 2 mylml single-dose fliptop vial with a total volume of 18 mi. This product is for intravenous use only and should be discarded after use. It is important to keep it out of children's reach and store at controlled room temperature between 66F to 775. The product is manufactured by Mt Hospira, and packaged by Henry Schein, Inc. The original manufacturing lot is XX-XXX-XK.
