This text is the description of a Thiamine Hydrochloride injection in a 2 mL multi-dose vial with a concentration of 200 mg/2 mL. The injection is for IV or IM use only, sterile, and preservative-free. Its solution must be clear, and the seal must remain intact before use. Each milliliter contains 100 mg of Thiamine HCL, 0.5 V/V of Monothioglycerol, and water for injection. Besides, it may include Sodium Hydroxide for pH adjustment, and it contains not more than 100 mg of aluminum. The injection is RX-only and should be kept out of children's reach in a controlled temperature environment between 20 to 25°C. The text also contains a manufacturing and product number.*
