This is a Pharmacy Bulk Package of Sodium Chloride Injection, intended for the preparation of Intravenous admixtures only. It contains 400mEq of Sodium Chloride per 100mL (4 mEq/mL). It must be diluted before being used intravenously. The package insert should be reviewed for precautions and directions before use. The container should be promptly used once it has been entered and the contents should be discarded within 4 hours of initial closure puncture.
