This text describes Clindamycin Phosphate and Tretinoin Gel, a medication for topical use only. Each gram of the gel contains 12% Dindamycin Phosphate and 0.025% Tretinoin. The drug is to be applied no more than thrice daily to the affected area after washing with mild soap and rinsing with warm water.
