Rynex DM is a sugar-free, alcohol-free, dye-free, and gluten-free medication used for relieving symptoms due to the common cold, hay fever, or other respiratory allergies. The medication contains Brompheniramine Maleate 1mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg, and Phenylephrine HCI 2.5 mg. It comes in a Tutti-Frutti Flavor and is tamper-evident. Rynex DM should not be used if the foil seal under the cap is missing or broken. It can cause marked drowsiness, nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness. Users are cautioned when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. If users have breathing problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, or diabetes mellitus, they should consult a doctor before taking this product. The recommended dosage is 1-2 teaspoonsful every 4 hours, not exceeding 24 teaspoonsful in 28 hours, or as directed by a doctor.*
