K-PHOS Original is a prescription urinary acidifier that comes in tablet form. Each tablet contains 500mg of potassium acid phosphate. It is sodium-free and meant for usage only on strict medical supervision. The inactive ingredients of the tablet include M: stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, starch, and ic acid. It is suggested to keep K-PHOS Original in a tight container and store it at a controlled temperature range of 20°-25°C (68"-77°F). The medication is manufactured by Nexgen Pharma, Inc. of California for Beach Pharmaceuticals, a division of Beach Products, Inc. of Tampa, Florida.*
