This is a drug called an Anorectal Lotion designed to provide temporary relief for external itching and discomfort in the perianal area. It contains pramoxine HCI 1% w/w, a local anesthetic, and it's recommended for adults and children 12 years of age and older. It should be used no more than five times a day and is not suitable for children under 12 unless directed by a doctor.
