This is a drug called an Anorectal Lotion designed to provide temporary relief for external itching and discomfort in the perianal area. It contains pramoxine HCI 1% w/w, a local anesthetic, and it's recommended for adults and children 12 years of age and older. It should be used no more than five times a day and is not suitable for children under 12 unless directed by a doctor. Users should shake the product well before using it and cleanse the affected area with mild soap and warm water before application. This product comes in an 8 fl oz bottle and is manufactured by Ferndale Laboratories. Other ingredients include cetyl alcohol, di-isopropyl adipate, dimethicone, glycerin, mineral oil, povidone, purified water, sorbic acid, stearic acid, and imlamine.*
