This is an antacid medication in a bulk package containing aluminum hydroxide gel, USP in mint flavor. It is advised to store the medication in a tight, light-resistant container with a child-resistant closure. The package size is 16 fl oz (473 mL). One dose (5 mL teaspoonful) contains 320 mg of active ingredient. It is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking if you are on prescription drugs. If constipated after taking medication, stop use and consult a doctor if the symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks. The maximum recommended dosage is not more than 12 teaspoonsful in 24 hours.
