This is an antacid medication in a bulk package containing aluminum hydroxide gel, USP in mint flavor. It is advised to store the medication in a tight, light-resistant container with a child-resistant closure. The package size is 16 fl oz (473 mL). One dose (5 mL teaspoonful) contains 320 mg of active ingredient. It is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking if you are on prescription drugs. If constipated after taking medication, stop use and consult a doctor if the symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks. The maximum recommended dosage is not more than 12 teaspoonsful in 24 hours. The product contains some inactive ingredients such as butylparaben, flavor, glycerin, and various others. Distributed by Rugby Laboratories.
